In the movie A Dangerous Method, set in the early 20th century, Sabina Spielrein, a young woman suffering from hysteria, is admitted to a psychiatric hospital. Dr. Carl Jung takes her under his care, implementing Dr. Sigmund Freud's revolutionary talking cure method.
